I am Thiamor. I've been using Charas-project for awhile, just never joined on this site. So....just wanted to introduce myself and to ask a question.
I read the rules, and it said not to LINK to RPG Maker 2003 or XP. Does that mean the program, or all games made with it, as well?

Just the program. Games made with it are both acceptable and encouraged.

Hey, Thiamor! I can link you to plenty of game sites, etc, but the actual translated version
of Rm2k3 is... illegal(?) - Correct me if I'm wrong!!

I also noticed you read the rules. Well done! That's a rarity among new members :P

International legality of software not available in certain regions is a grey area a mile wide. Suffice to say though that Charas bans links to them from the forums.

Well mainly because most people who join Message Boards are either new to the whole concept, retarded as all Hell, or Trolling.
I, on the other hand, join Message Boards all the time, for years. So I'm used to the whole concept of 'don't be an idiot, read before posting'.

Good stuff! Funny story for you actually. I was actually one of those "give me resources nowwww!!!!" sort
of people when I first joined. Everyone hated it. I left. I grew a pair. I came back. Now this place is my home :)

Yeah, I had well over 2 through 5 thousand guests in a span of maybe a week or 2 viewing a site of mine, and had 20 thousand members. I rebooted it, and cleared people, now it is a site meant for advertisements.

Not anymore. It was, till they created (host that hosts my forums) a bot deletion thing. I then edited up the members to those active, and now it is people posting advertisements.
