So I was watching Robin Hood (new BBC version) and was fully enjoying it in all its silliness until the end of season 2 where the writers decided
it was a good idea to kill Maid Marian. In ****ing Robin Hood. They killed Maid Marian
From that point on the plot got ridiculous with the addition of a Mary Sue that seems like she was written by a thirteen year old girl, long lost relatives suddenly appearing, and Robin and Tuck actually escaping off the roof of the castle by using a ****ing canopy as a parachute. Oh yeah, and to top it all off, at the end of the season
Robin Hood dies. How the **** are you supposed to have a show about Robin Hood with no Robin Hood?
Anyway, thus ended a series that had been awesome and had so much potential for more awesome. With cast members leaping off the burning ship, the show sank.
*sigh* Any shows you liked that also drove themselves into the ground?

...I loved that version of Robin Hood. :( I never got to watch a whole season though. That really sucks. I feel really geeky for mentioning this, but after the power rangers movie, they completely ignored that it even happened, and caused this huge problem with continuity in the original series. Which pretty much was a blow for it, but it wasn't bad until the guy who played Billy left because he was getting harassed for being gay. That series had some tough moments....

Supernatural really started sucking when they went off the deep end with Sam's powers, IMO. It was really more fun when it was just dark enough, but still humorous and irreverent. Then all the sudden, it was a gigantic wangstfest. I kept watching, hoping it would get better - it didn't.
(Though, I did like Castiel; he made things fun for a bit again.)
There's also an anime of it this season in Japan. *stabs self repeatedly in the eyes*
