The petition doesn't say you need to be Canadian. The idea of changing the way that an entire country pays for internet in order to raise TV ratings can be seen as a universal issue.

So is it going to be (assuming this crap gets passed) that every byte you use is billed, or will it be more like you have a maximum bandwidth you can use and if you go over that you get charged extra?
