Title: Some Drawrings!

Well I've never actually made any topics on this site, and as I don't do any sprite work or RPGMaker stuff whatsoever I find myself being somewhat confused about and useless on this site. I got dragged here to see some stuff of my buddies (Rockjohnaxe) and since have just randomly been around.

Well today this changes, because today I found the Creative Arts section!

I may not sprite, but by Thor I draw! (Hopefully I can link stuff too!)

(and if you're wondering the ones with notes on them are from my sketchbook, because I do write all over my art if there's stuff I don't like)

Huh...not bad.
The styling is a little generic, but you have some pretty solid skills.

Aye, a lot of this stuff I was going for a "semi-realism" kind of look, or just a cleaner look, a lot of my personal stuff is more "cartoony" you could say.

I think you have to be a dA member to see some, as there is mild nudity in some of the Life Drawings

Hey, those are really good! That rat is especially badass.

Your linework is so clean, you might consider scanning some of these and coloring them in Photoshop.

I've done that with a few drawings before, myself and Photoshop do not get along well, nor do myself and my Drawing Tablet (which has basically gathered dust for 5 years...) but eventually I will try to get some actual painting/colouring done on some of them

A few examples (most of these are pretty old and other people's characters... Preston Blair, Warner Bros, Disney, etc..)

Well if I can't manage to actually pull of something worthwhile with it sometime soon it might become up for bids lol. It's about 5/6 years old, a Wacom 10x 7 I think, no clue though

Found my missing scanner cord, so I should be adding some new stuff up in the next few days.

A quick question though, some of the stuff I do is pinup style work. Is any nudity accepted at all or shall I not post such things?

There is a difference between art nudity and Pornography, so I suppose it could be (though it all depends, of course) but you'd need a Spoiler Tag and have it be known that it's NSFW. I think...
By the way, nice drawings. My personal favourite is the Rat!

I'm not a mod, so I wouldn't take my word as law, but I'm pretty sure it'd be fine as long as it's in a spoiler with a clearly marked NSFW tag.

Ok cool. yeah I defintly don't do pronography, any nudity is tastefully done and is usually like a little bum or breast.

I believe I posted some drawings of nude models before, but the genitalia wasn't visible.

I think it's all right as long as it's artful nudity, but put them in spoiler tags AND put a note in the thread title that some drawings are NSFW.

Keep it tasteful, and edit a "Warning: artistic nudity" description into the first post so that it's in the thread title, and I think it will be okay.
