Title: So I think Im movin

I'm planning on moving out west with a buddy of mine come August. Gonna move to the good old state of Arizona, see the grand canyon, west coast, some national parks or whatever. I'm excited and a little nervous to drive 2500 miles. Mostly excited. This will be my first time really living on my own, so we'll see how that works out. Got a cheap apartment set up, hopefully getting a job will be as easy as it possibly can.

This is big for me, so I thought I'd share it with you guys.

Your fear is well-founded, young padawan. You will find there are few hells greater than cross-country drives.

You're moving to Arizona during the summer?
Good luck, dude...it's kinda dangerous down there right now.
Gorgeous as hell, but y'know, keep hydrated and stuff like that.

Yeah, it might turn into this big traveling type adventure, who knows. And I have heard about the wildfires. Worst in arizona history I believe I heard. Kinda frightening, but then, natural disasters are a thing of life.

Congratulations and best of luck! What sort of work do you do, if you don't mind me asking.

On a side note, I'm also moving out at the end of summer, although only to downtown, not anything epic like you. I understand your fears though XD.

There's no real reason, to be honest. It's all rather spontaneous. I just want to get out of Holyoke. I got a friend who moved down there a little over a year ago for a job. He loves it. I've always wanted to see the west coast and I'll have a good opportunity living in Arizona.

And a Monsoon is a sand storm. It usually isn't bad, just dusty as hell. And happens around August. :p
