heya, I'm not sure if this is the place I was really looking for, but form what I see... -_- it does looks like... what I was looking for...

(to make charas... >_>)

If you're talking about our RPG Maker Character Set Generator (otherwise known as the charas project), then yes. You've come to the right place.
