why wouldn't someone just make an offline charabattle generator like charas.ex, where there is alot of resources you can pick?


is it because its hard to make program, which i doubt cuz i know that there is alot of good programmers here.

What do you mean by "alot" of resouces? There are alot in Charas.EX.
