Hi. My name is Charles. I used to frequent this forum about 3 years ago.
About me, I am an Air Force veteran. After 4 years, I'm out and going to school. (GI Bill Yayz!) Currently I'm in Brooklyn, New York.
In my spare time, I'm mainly a musician. I'm always composing or performing something, and at some point I would like to post my work here. When I can get some extra free time, I would love to compose for a project.
Nice to meet you all.

Nice to (re)meet you, too. What kind of music are you involved in? I'm sure you've mentioned it before, but it's been quite some time.
-
Welcome back! I never felt like you truly left, since you always popped up now and then.

I have two projects I guess. My first main style is sort of a Funk/Jazz/R&B/Blues/Neo-Soul based meets Rock/Metal hybrid thing I'm trying to do. This is the stuff I sing/play intruments on. (Think of the folks like Prince/David Bowie/Stevie Wonder/Outkast/Janelle Monae who combine a bunch of genres together. It's sort of that idea.)
I also write more traditional instrumental/classical/film stuff. I would actually like to write and produce a musical one day. I have a few ideas, but nothing is set in stone.
Really my goal is to be able to do all kinds of genres, that way I could work with and produce several different kinds of artists.

That sounds awesome, and very fun.
