  sold land to her for $324,900 in 2011 so she can have a
LOG CABIN  Mountain 3 bed rooms

3 bathroom beautiful house on 5.25 acres great landscaping, heated 28 x 32 shop, has a outdoor wood heater we put in a year ago it heats house and shop so her gas bill is only a small amount all year!!! yard is partial fenced with hand peeled logs. custom built log playhouse, green house, new garden beds, and large barn. House has new water softener as well as new furnace house was built in 2011. Has built in fish tank, out door pond, on suite bathroom has big 2 person jacuzzi! also has built in surround system in basement

Yeah, you're actual architecture and building sure beats my mapmaking.

But isn't 324,900 a bit cheap for a project that huge?

may be a swanky looking cabin Zoltar but  you all have not seen the  back way  they got a driver way at the back she has her dogs in the back so i can not take photo as the dog's have been in moves by law  i can not say what one's or take any photo's of the dog run's out the back
it is a bigger in side it has 3 floors room 1 bedrooms  room 2 cooking and chillout  room 3 music and tv
the oil room out side
