Um, I think he just isn't explaining the story. Alot are doing that.

Along time ago it was a war betwen the udead and the humans.
The udead leder was an Dark Angel (was name I don't remember right now)..
The dark Angel coulden't die.
So a wizard made magical chain that could chapter the dark angel.
But befor the angel was chapted he made an diamond,The Fire Diamond.
The diamond has magic power , the power make the udead strong.
And placed it in the tempel of whel.
When the dimond is in the tempel it will make the undead stronger for evry year.
If the diamond is removed from the tempel it will lost is power.
After 5000 yers the undead have grown that strong so they could destroy the chains and free theres master.
The king of Dagger Tail send oute his best knight to take the Fire dimond from Tempel of Whel.

And thats the Story.
What do you think??

A long time ago there was a war between Humans and Undead. The leader of the Undead was a Dark Angel who couldn't die.

There was this Wizard who made a Magical chain that sealed/trapped (just guessing what he intended to say) the Dark Angel. but before that was done, the Dark angel made a Diamond called the Fire Diamond and placed it in the Temple Of Hell (Whel or Hell?). it could make the undead stronger. the diamond which is placed in the temple makes the Undead stronger every year. After 500 years, the undead grew so strong that they could finally destroy the chains which sealed/trapped the leader (master) of the Undead, the Dark Angel. On the human side, the King of "Dagger Tail" sent out his best knight to the Temple of Whel to destroy the Fire Diamond to prevent the freeing of the Dark Angel.

first of all, the story somehow seems too plain. secondly, people write their stuff here to advertise or to seek help. RPGLord, if you've nothing better to say, then quit spamming. not only spamming but you're being mean to a new comer. remember, those "thousand" posts of yours are mainly made up of spams.

anyways, about the game, it must be better than the way you presented it. rename the Fire Diamond as the "Undead Orb" or something. the word Fire Diamond makes me feel like you're dealing with fire-elemented enemies all the way to the end. but that's your choice whether you wanna change it or not.

1 last thing.. if your english is not that fluent but if you speak;

type your stuff there in order to translate your stuff more accuratly. it should be easier to get than the one you posted earlier (no offence.) if anyone doesn't bother to at least try to re-arrange those words that are wrongly placed (since the site translates it by machine, not human), then i guess i'll call those guys ignorant.

Post by: robotroy on April 03, 2004, 05:04:21 PM: That ghost cave looks rather... brown. Try to throw in some other colours if you can. Also try to avoid "straight" walls, especially in cave-type dungeons. Caves usually have very random, jagged walls, not perfectly straight up and down. A fog effect would also be great for a ghost cave.

The character sets all look good, so go with whichever one you feel best suits the character you had in mind.

As long as the character isn't so similar (in appearance/powers) then people may not make the jump between the characters. If it's a really popular character that everyone probably knows (I've never played the FF series so I can't speak for this name) try changing one or two letters (Secil or Cesil perhaps).

Long ago the world of Ademos was being ruled by the gods of the elements. They were destroying the land when they found that people were listening to King James (and not obeying them). They sent their only true follower, Kolobos, to destroy all the towns to punish the unfaithful... But one man named Messiah, had the power to control even the gods and goddesses of the elements (So he thought)! Kolobos cast him to stone after he bannished the elemental gods to the forbidden realm. Kolobos then got his head filled with power, and desided to take over Ademos for his own personal gain. There was only one man that could stop Kolobos, his name was Dyne. In his final battle, Dyne used a special attack that killed him when he used it, but he was successful in killing Kolobos. Now Kolobos's ghost still walks Ademos, and Dyne's Angel wanders to find the chosen ones to bring him back to life. The heros have to find Messiah, bring Dyne back from the dead, and stop Kolobos. There are lots of twists and problems as they try to save Ademos.

:flower: So what do you guys think? Does it sound good so far?
P.S. This is my first almost full game. I messed around for a while but never got this close to the finish line.

Your first game is usually your hardest (Unless your second game has a Chrono trigger battle system, BOF2 CMS and a pinball minigame) because you're still getting to grips with the rpg maker and rpg making itself.
Sorry if I sounded insulting earlier.
Oh, and to make a fog effect in rm2k, you'll have to show a picture at the start of the level and make it transparent, although this may lag some computers (It certainly lags mine!).

If you don't have a good fog pic, here's one.

The game's plot... Is a BIT cliche. But I understand, it is your first game. But for your first game, you have good graphics.
