where can i find some good recources (or a chara maker or something like that) for rm2k3

All the charas things are RM2k3 compatible, so that shouldn't be the problem. If you are searching for character battle animations. then there's a big problem. The problem is that that's too difficult to make. It's already hard to edit those animations.
