Title: Facesets
Post by: squirreldestiny on April 29, 2004, 01:15:51 AM
Well, I have a problem, everytime I save a faceset, it is the wrong size.  Help me fix it.  What am I doing wrong?  I am helpless and new to RPGmaker.  PLZ!!!   :bend:

(i am kidding)

I have heard this problem THOUSANDS of times.  If Alex could make it so that we save 16 at a time, wouldn't we be so much happier?  Nobody would have crappily large games due to the big bitmaps that they didnt have to save as, and nobody needs to worry about getting the 192*192 size correct for the faces(hint hint n00bs) With this addition, Alex could save money(that means you have to do it NOW) since nobody encounters this error, thusly nobody wastes bandwidth creating more topics with all these guns and angry smileys.  Think about it, every single person gets less effort, more room for faces, and due to less n00b topics, we get a faster loading time for Charas, and Alex gets a smaller bill, and Charas lives forever, and I am proclaimed the new king for my greatness(but Alex would still pay the bill).

Now, for the  real bend smiley to alex to fix the problem:  :bend:

If it could save 16 at a time, then people would put 16 in a set, which means MASSIVE color loss.

Yeah, if you save them all on one faceset they all have to use the same 256 colors.  That means that they would have to be 24 bit pictures, which in turn means more topics about invalid color depth.  We're probably better off now.
