Title: Secret Of Broadskah

I hope you like it...
I will post screen shots and stuff later on..
Im quite buzy with the game right now...

*******STORY********
I remember when my sixth grade
teacher told us about the legend
of Broadskah.
...I was so scared then.
He told us about the wars
and he also told us about
the jewels of Broadskah.

I can't beleive that many would
fight over a stupid rock.
But it's no ordinary rock.
This one can give you strong
power and if it falls in the
wrong hands,we could all die.

I would never have beleived this
legend,before I found the jewel.
But now I understand.

I held the jewel in in my palm.
I began to think about the legend.
Then I felt it.The most incredible
feeling I've ever felt before.
I felt like I could take on the world.
But I couln't...
I would never have the heart to do
so.I could never watch over the
people fall before me.I wouldn't be
able to live with myself.

I tough about this alot.

I know that if I take this quest...

...It will change my life for ever.

A bit? Look man, I didn't mean any offense by it. The story is like... already used. Nearly everyone who plays his game will probably think "This is like Lord of the Rings... I don't want to play it... I've seen the movie, I don't want play it."

Im thinking of putting things that skrews them up so they have to do anoither mini-quest type thing to go on...on and off...

Is this jewel cursed? No, it is just powerful.
Was this jewel forged by an evil force to gain dominion over all the world? Hard to say, but I doubt it.
Does the jewel compel the user to do evil and/or turn it over to its rightful owner? Apparently not, because the character talking in the intro seems to have a lot of free will of his own and decides what he wants to do.

What the jewel is, where it came from, what it allows someone to do, and to what end other people are willing to go to steal it are what I consider fairly interesting questions and would make the basis of an excellent game.

Honestly... it is as if someone noticed a vague simliarity to LotR and everyone else just kind of followed along.
