I'm using Charas to make chars for my game, but currently Charas saves them in 72 x 128. In order for it to work on RPG Maker 2k3 it has to be 288 x 256. I don't know of any programs that can resize PNG formats. Please help
EDIT: NVM I found out my troubles, such a newb at this stuff...

Open up paint, then resize it then go to UFX nad save it as 256bmp.

I don't think he means the color format. The 72 x 128 and 288 x 256 are the sizes of the charset. I'm very sure that Rm2k(3) can use 72 x 128 charsets (most of my charsets, whether charas or not, are that size), but if you really want to change it, in paint go to the the image menu, click Attributes, then choose the size. (make sure it's in pixels)

Opening it up in paint did not work for me instead of resizing the image it just added more empty space to it. Any other suggestions?

What? You want to stretch out your image from 72 x 128 to 288 x 256? That's going to look really odd.

That's what you want it to do.
