Sorry, but I'm kind of new at this, and this may be an annoying question, but, how do you make .PNG files? I'm stumped! What program is required?!

Well, i can use Paint, but thats probably cuz i got xp. Have you tried Idraw?

There are plenty of drawing programs that can save files as PNG. Just hunt 'em down, kick 'em where it hurts, throw a net over them and escape with your stolen booty.
It's called "Freeware".

Use Ultimate FX.

You can download it in google by writing the keywords "Download Ultimate FX".
