the idea is, you have some very strong skill, and you dont want your characters to be able to do it so much.
here is a way:
first, make 4 switches.
call the A,B, C and D.
then, choose four characters, and give all character 1 switch.
Make four skills, call all of them thesame exept for 1 letter:
(you guess)A, B, C and D.
make them a switch skill, and choose one of the switches for each skill, like this:
Skill A has Switch A
Skill B has Switch B
etc.
then make sure that the characters learn those skills somewhere, you could(i did that in my game) put scrolls in dungeons, and let your characters find them, and then learn the skill.
then, go to the monster group section.
make a new event, and set it so that it happens each five turns.
then, make the first fork condition. set it so that it oinly appaers when Switch A is on.
inside that, make another, this time with Switch B.
then Switch C, and after that a fork with Switch D.
then push the Apply button, or you have the risk of all that work going away and you havinf to do it again.
after you pushed that, make a cool looking battle animation for your skill.
then go back to the monster group.
in the last fork, go to "show battle animation" and pick your skill.
be sure to check the "wait until finished" box.
then set a code for all enemies(or 1 of them, depends on the skill ur making) to lose a lot of HP.
then make four switch operations, setting off the switches A, B, C and D.
copy the event tab and paste it in all monster groups.
now, your skill should work like this:
if you have used skill A, B C and D, and 5 turns have passed(or 10, 15, 20 etc, all in the table of five) your skill is launched, and then you must do all skills again be4 you can use it.
w000000t! i made it up myself!
ya like it?

i like it.....BIG time:D

what i forgot to tell is that, if you have more than 4 characters, you could also make different skills appear with different combinations of switches.
