Ok, I got a problem, I make charsets with the program, but when I go to use them in 2K3, it shows them in a little box with the b/g color when I try to play the game! how do I fix this?
-
Are you saving the files as PNG files?
-
of course, isn't that the only thing RM2k3 accepts?
-
What's your color transparancy?
Example: Color Transparancy = Green background, but the file
you are saving is a blue background. You have to change the pallete so that blue = transparancy, or you have to make the background green.
I think that white is the default transparancy for rm2k3
The color transparancy is just a background color that appears invisible on the game. It makes it so all you see is the sprite, not the color behind it.

well, at first I set it all to white, but that didn't work. well here, you got AIM or something? I'll send you an example....

importing*
-
If you're just saving them into the folders though absolute black is the transparency color.
-
Try and use the Database Importer. You can click on the background color in the preview window.
Also note, direct importing can cause map tree breach. Nasty error. Fucks up your game.
