It looks ok, you should not make the colors so bright though..

well,i know.and it is "invould color depth".any idea how to fix that?????

The color depth in the pic is too high. Here it is in 256 colors.

Well, all you have to do is make it in 24 bit and then download  UFX (http://ultimatepaint.j-t-l.com/ufx/)

Just open it in UFX and Save As, but make sure the 256 Colors option  is selected.
