I don't mean to sound rude, but that sort of storyline has been used many times before. There are many movies of man VS machines, including Terminator and I Robot.

Btw, a human/robot is a cyborg.

If you need some robots, I have quite a lot of them ripped from "Armored Warriors".

Same for any futuristic resources you might need
