i was looki thru the complete rescources and i saw this....i could be rong, but it looks like he tried to completely erase the original authors attachment and put his in the space(submitted by firedragon)

Actually, I was looking at that and I settled on the fact that he was just using another character set as a template.

i still think its "fishy" .....i mean look, theres even white spots. he prob forgot to choose the background color and tried to use the paintbucket to fill it up.

I understand your concern, but that happens alot when people arn't the best in editing, he might have just had trouble with transparency.
