Title: Color help.

Whenever I try to import a character, or a face for that matter, I always get a "Invalid color depth" error. Then I have to re-save the image as a 256 color image, and the colors go all screwy (beiges become browns, etc). Help would be appreciated

Convert 'em with Ultimate Paint  (http://www.ultimatepaint.com) instead.
