Why don't Alex put the char resources in a list of pic format so people could download to chars ex instead of him having to host a generator or is it the number of hits on this site that cause his money problems?  Or is it that the generator is the point of most people coming here?

The online generator is the true gem of the site, for sure. It's the core of charas. Charas EX was a side project, an offline version, and IMO not that useful. The online version has the newest resources, and the best ones.

And it's the bandwidth spent downloading all the images on the site that makes the bandwidth costs so high.

Exactly. That's why you should try to post images using a image hosting site such as photo bucket. It saves bandwidth.

So it cost bandwhich to use the save as feature?  I didn't know that.  Man that stinks....  I use copy and paste alot for the char's stuff.  The your right I just don't like the idea of having Alex have to pay SO much money for all this.  But hey, if I say such a thing why don't I send him money to help the site?  I only get 500 bucks from social secerity checks and I'm out like 400 bucks in two weeks after I get it.  I am just selfish as is most who go to this site but don't try to help it or take but don't give.  Man I should put up some of the resources I have made.

It's not just Save As, everytime you even LOOK at an image it costs bandwidth to send you it.

He's right, because you're downloading the image to look at it. The saving function takes up storage space, it's the amount of downloads that burns bandwidth.

But if you can't support charas money wise. You can always share your talents. Talented people also keeps charas alive. If their talent is moding. then they MOD if it's making sprites then they make sprites.
 (Even though making more IMGs takes up more space which means...nvm)
