Title: Attracted to Stuff that Sucks (Sorry for the language)

This is very odd, and its freaking the living..uhh well anyways!!!
I remember back in the day when I use to watch stuff like Power Rangers or Capt. Planet.(When I was about... I dunno, 8 or something. Any how, After I realized how much those shows kind off, well ,stink (For Power Rangers, I think that only the first one was creative but the rest are, meh, generic.), I'm all of a sudden looking up stuff for these strange programs. Information, pictures, etc!! But why!!! I have listened to the blasted Capt. Planet song so many times, I think its surgicaly attatched to my head!!!! I'm also starting to like the Power Rangers theme!!!
(It is kind of catchy though)
But any ways, this is driving me nuts!! So I just wanted to know if this has ever happened to anybody else. Being hypnotised to old shows that you liked as a child but now they are just stupid!!

Sorry if I'm pissing someone off by saying this.

Well, not really. PowerRangers does the same thing each epesode. they sit there, some bad dude pops up, he's small, they go and attack him, he gets big, they call that megazord thing, they fight it, sometimes that white eagal dude shows up, they kick the monsters oversized ***, the end.

 and the monster is allways ugly, too.

EDIT: I missread your thing on power rangers. But I'm leaving this up because I think it's a great explination of power rangers.

I recently got back into Ahh! Real monsters! That show kicked ass hard. I even made a patch and put it on my jacket.

Captain planet is quite lame. (...yet I have an urge to draw him, attempt to give him a cooler design,and turn his "mullet" haircut into something else)

 I have problems with music stuck in my head, Shaman King Portuguese 1st Opening entered in my head about 4 months ago, and is stuck here until now.
 And you're right, after the first, all the Power Rangers are lame, Zeo, Turbo, Space, Galaxy, Rescue, Time, Animal, the aliens-rangers-that-I-can't-remember-the-name.
 The Ninja Storm is a little better, it has something that reminds me the first Morphing Rangers... oh, yeah, it has a plot, not just "Hey a evil guy, lets fight him" "Oh look, he is big now, lets call our weakest Zord, and after the monster cruch it, we call another, a little more powerful, and after we lose with this, we call our better Zord, and THEN we'll win"

*Puts on her metal gloves* If anyone's gunna' bash Captain Planet, they'll have to face my wrath!!!! LOL I downloaded the Captain Planet song a month or two ago :p I love it, that show was AWESOME. *Blushes* I also downloaded the themesong for Maya the Bee. And the Power Rangers... Don't even dare diss them. Well, the new one's people can diss all they want, but the original Power Rangers? That show was AWESOME. Thanks for reminding me, I'm going to go download the themesong :p I also downloaded the themesong for the old Ninja Turtles cartoon. Those old shows are the best! I would gladly sit down and watch Captain Planet over some of these newer cartoons/shows.

You totaly HAVE to draw Captain Planet!!! :p

Here's how to fix it, GET THE JAPANESE VERSION! They slaughtered Shaman King. No one can emulate Megumi Hayashibara's voice. No one. Portuguese wasn't so bad as English, but I still refuse to watch anything but the Japanese Version.

And Power Rangers Original=100% Pure AWESOMENESS. Especially the japanese version. But hell, I liked the English them a LOT better. Let's be honest, I liked the English version better than the Japanese! I'm gonna download that theme right now.

Krumm! I loved that show. I could draw those characters up good style.
And on Power Rangers, the first series was and will always be the best. Entertaining when your young. Just like Captain Green hair.

Speaking of the Captain Planet theme song, Weregnome has a might interesting story to tell you on that.

I liked Ickis the best..I'm gonna go get my old Power Rangers shirts from when I was 7 and make patches RIGHT NOW. (I wish to god I could still fit in them.)

i used 2 love aah! real monters i had all the coloring books, most of the videos and a few books. they were so cooool.

Yeah theCP theme... the other day, at about 3 in the morning my m8 and me were singing it very loudly. These two guys threatened to beat the living **** outta us for waking one of the kids....  _sweat_  Hmmmm..... last time I do that.
