Title: why cant i save my battle chars

when i go to battle char generator and make a battle char i want i save it to my documents rpgmaker 2k3 battle chars under png files and when i go to import it it doesnt show up can anyone tell me y??????????/post back  or email me at xxfaytxx@aol.com null
