Mods, sorry if this isn´t the place...just move it if it is wrong...
Well, my g/f made this title for my game, she made it in Adobe Illustrator and exportes as png. But it won´t work in RPGmaker 2003! I´be tryied importing, pasting it in a working png and saving, but it won´t work...Could anyone take a look and fix it or tell me whats wrong?
Thanks!
EDIT: I don´t even know wtf this image appears like this...it used to have a white background!!!
EDIT2: Don´t worry, I got it...

It's in 24-bit colour, and RM2K3 only accepts 256 colour images.
And also, it uses transparent colours. It would appear white in an image viewer, but the BG is actually transparent. I tried converting it to 256 colour, but it didn't turn out well.
So, you'll have to get a new title, because this one won't work for RM2K3. Sorry.
BTW, you posted this thread twice. Please delete the other thread.

Thanks Warxe, for trying and for tellin me about the double posting hehehe :D
I opened it in paint brush, saved as an BMP and then converted it to png...It had no colour loss, but the resolution...Jusus Christ! Look terrible now...and the girl had so much work to do it...She´s gonna be sooooooooooooooo mad when I tell her "Oh, I had to fix it with PAINT BRUSH!" LOL...It looked fantastic...I´d post it here, but even in jpeg it is a big file...

What background color do you want? I'm sure my all knowing Fireworks can save it.

black or white...I made it work already, but I had this major resolution quality loss...Minimizing that loss I can´t, lol....

This took me three seconds XD Is it better?

It...it frickin rules man! I can even hate you for fixing it so well. Thanks a lot dude! I´ll give you the proper credit! :bend:
EDIT: How´d you did it? Also, any problems with my g/f i´ll tell her it´s ur fault... is it ok?

he either edited the brightness/contrast or the hues.

I opened it in fireworks, didn't touch it at all, and just exported it as a png with 128 colors(it only used 68) and without transparency. Something you could've done with UFX, even.

LOL, I didn't know you kept it THAT simple ;)

yEAH...I was like, OUCH, I´m dumb...
How did you like the title anyway?
