I've tried the site http://nautilusproductions.tripod.com over and over and there is just an error. somone who has it or the guy who made it get it on to an different site so we can download it.

It's Just FREAKING Annyoing.

Well, the broblem is that other sites will get the same error, because of the many people downloading it. It's called bandwidth. Try uploading a good but big file to your site and let everyone download it. You'll see that your site is blocked for an hour. Next time it happens, its two hours. If it continues, the site will be deleted.
