It might be an idea to tell us why you need programmers. People might be more motivated to help you if your cause is worthy.

I may help, I can basically script anything, cbs, tbs, ect. However I am kinda buisy, so I would like to hear more about your game and such before I agree to help :)

Well the first battle system I made took about two weeks, however after that I can just copy most of the files from one battle system to another, for example the script that decides how much damage will be taken away depending on stregnth you have and how much defence the monster has.
So now if I were to make a cbs, it would take 2 - 7 days depending on how much new stuff and gfx I need to make. The one that I just made took me 7 days, but I had to make a ton of gfx (the large dragon sprite in the second pic for example) and I had to make a lot of new scripts because all my previous battle systems were time based, and this one was turn based. I also packed it with lots of features that I didn't have in any of my earlier battle systems.

Im only good at making a few things but I know a guy that can do just about whatever you want Mr. Keyblade master. I think his name on this forum is Rhonin. If you want me to contact him for you, just tell me.
P.s. for anyone who cares, I finished the first part of my game "life as a rabit" and i am now working on a very large second part. i think it will have 10 parts total depending on how long the game lasts and if im talented enough to do the stuff i want.

Not at the moment. I'm only gonna be workong on one cbs at a time, and right now it looks like im gonna help keyblade. When I'm finished I may start taking requests :)

Ok. A couple of questions, have you ever tried a CBS, like in Final Fantasy Tactics, Ogre Battle, FFTAdvance, Fire Emblem, ya know, those type opf games? Oh, by 'time' do you mean real time, where you run around and whack stuff?
The type of battle system you're talking about is a TBS (tactical battle system). I've made one simular to Ogre Battle, but it was the first battle system I ever made, and it didn't work too well. However I know how to make a good TBS like in FF tactics, once you get past the movement and AI issues, its rather easy. Last week I was experimenting on how to move the hero to the monster in a cbs, where the hero and the monster were in differant positions. Through that I 'accidentally' figured out how to make a TBS. What I meant by 'time' based and 'turn' based is this. For time based you have a meter for each character, once the meter is full, you can preform an action. For turn based, each character/monster has one turn, in each 'phase' where they can preform an action. How early their turn is in the phase would usually be determained by their speed. Oh and a battle system where you 'run around and attack stuff' is known as a ABS (action battle system). I have yet to make one of these, but they're actually the easiest type of battle system to make, I think.. :)

Nice animation. Hey, before I start, I'll need some info on how you want the battle system to be like before I can get started.
First off, what do you want the actual battle system to be like? Is it a turn based battle system where each person 'takes turns' attacking? Do you want it to be a time based battle system where each player has a little time meter, and once the meter gets full the player can attack? And let me know all about how you want your battle system to work.
Second, I need to know how you want your layout to look. Simplest way to do it is to make and example sheet in ms paint. I attached an example of what one of these looks like, it can be very simple, but it helps me a lot. Note: the example is of the cbs I posted earlier. If you cannot provide me with one of these example sheets, just give me a good description of where you want your stuff to be. Oh, and be sure to let me know if you want any 'meters' in your battle system, for example, a meter that desplays how much life you have left.
Third, I need the names of all the heros, and all the spells and items you can think of. Probably the easiest way to do it is for you to make all the characters, items and spells, then send me you're project, so I can make it directly on it. That way it should be easy to impliment into your game. If you cannot do this, let me know and I'll tell you all the info I will need to proceed further.
Forth, I need to know if you want it to be a pictoral battle system, or a tile based battle system. A pictoral battle system is a battle system that uses mainly pictures to desplay menus and gfx, the advantages are that it will look nicer, but it will take me longer to make, it will be harder to make changes, and it may lag on slow computers. A tile based battle sytem is a battle system that uses mainly tiles to desplay gfx and menus. Its faster to make, it won't lag as much, but it won't look quite as nice. Note: my battle system is tile based. Note: no matter which you choose, I will use a mixture of both tiles and pictures to make the system.
Now for the gfx I need for the battle system. The main thing I need is a copy of the menu system you're using in your game. I'll use that to make the 'menu' parts of your battle system. I'll need spritesheets of at least the number of people you want to be fighting at one time. For example: if you have 4 heros on your side, I will need the gfx for 4 hero gfx. If you have more, be sure to send them as well. Something else that will be helpfull is a picture of the numbers 1 - 9. I have some that I'm using, but they aren't too good, so you'll probably want something better. Thats all I really need to get started, but if you have any other gfx, be sure to send them as well.
Once I have all of that info and gfx, I can get started :)

Well for me thier easier. They require less actual scripting because you usually only have one hero to worry about instead of 3 or 4. Other than that though most of the algirithms and such you use are the same, all you would have to do was make a script that allowed the hero to walk up to the monster and attack it, as well as a good AI script for the monsters. Then throw in a few long range scripts and your done :)

Okay, first off, what the crap. Second off, I'm more of an ABS guy. Anywho, I think it's awesome that your making a KH game. I tried myself, but I couldn't get any good animations. My character would just grow bigger when ever he swung. But if you need an ABS at all, send me a PM. And WL, I'll reply myself if I feel like I should help. :D
