Title: my first char ever o_O

i just made my first char.... it's balkenende
most of these people  don't know him but he's from holland
time: about an hour
ps. i like to make charsets now so you'll see more later

Hmm, that face looks quite interesting.

I would recommend shading the body and pants a bit more. Other than that, it doesn't look too bad.

It reminds me of Earthbound. Simplistic. If paired with other charasets of the same style, it could be really good. Great job.

Pretty cool. It's very good for being your first, I guess.
Very simple though, you should add more colour to it.

Yeah, it does! I never realized that.

And I agree with Moose. If all of your other charsets looked like that, it would fit in perfectly.
