Title: Picture creasting/editing tools

Well the Title and Subtitle say it all.
I now have Paint and Macromedia Flash but I need better ones.

Well, Flash is probably one of the best animation programs out there.
And what kind of pictures are you doing? If you're doing RM2K/3 resources, I would recommend IDraw, but if you're editing anything else, I would say Fireworks or Photoshop.

Fireworks is awesome for RPG Maker stuff too. I totlly recommend it over Photoshop any day :P

MS PAINT!!! Also, Photoshop. Moose is crazy, photoshop is by far the best. For animating, animagic (for gifs) or flash.

That's total crap! Fireworks can do everything photoshap can, TWICE as good.
