Title: Test and Welcome board

All people that post those "Iīm leaving" threads say that theyīre going back to real life or do not have so much time to spend on charas or that they have a life outside Charas...

I just think that pathetic and ridiculous! I visit Charas  EVERY DAY when I get here (my WORK), post everywhere I can and then start working...later on, before I go home, I see my girlfriend,stay with her a while and go home....then, when I arrive, I EAT, see my mum and dad (Iīm 21 dammit....shouldnīt I say father and mother?) go to the computer, visit charas AGAIN, paly a little PS2 or Ragnarok or make my game, listen to music and, usually at 12, i go to sleep.
Coming to Charas is not life consuming AT ALL! Itīs not akid you have to change and feed, itīs a goddamn forum. "I got a real life", bah, f*** off with this stupid excuse!

Hehe, my browser is open almost 24/7 and I almost always have the forum page opened but I really can't have a life of a sort. First off, I'm homeschooled so I study at home. Secondly, my parents are divorced and both work from 9 to 5 so I really can't spend time with them. I live in a city where friends are almost considered a weakness to dash that option too.

That leaves me with lots of free and personal time. Those who 'leave to get a life' just think that Charas is life-consuming, but it's not so I guess they are just leaving because they gave up on their game??? Again, that's just my opinion...

I ones left, but that was because I was having a movie marathon, 7 days long. Need to do that ones more. It was fun.

I am pretty sure that is the gist of it. Those leaving messages always subtly say "I am out of here. Have fun wasting your life on computers, NERDS" ... because, you know, anyone that spends any time on the internet is an obvious loser.  :o

Dunno the upcoming generation uses the internet more than anything. Some people in my school actually consider the internet a cool thing, adn themselves don't have it but wish too. I guess it's coming out to be a more of a thing of the future.

Most people who say that just want attention. And people who use the internet are not losers. In fact most kids today go on the internet a lot, especially for IM. And also, a nerd is someone who is really smart, and loves pretty much only school. So, we're not nerds. (unless you fit that category :p) (also, I'm guessing the nerd thing was a sarcastic comment, Sai)

I proudly proclaim the fact that I have little social interaction outside of school, but oh well. I like how I live right now, and if you think I'm wierd, screw you. I could go out and hang with friends if I wanted to, but I don't, so nyah.

And I most people leave because... they suck. And then come back to say hi.

Yes indeedy. They do just want others to feel bad, which is dumb. It doesn't take much to make a few post a day. I work, go to school, hangout with friends and I still have time to get online. You don't have to be jesus to post and have an outside life..It would be boring to be outside all the time i would get tired of seeing my friends and the mall or where ever the hell we go. What I really hate is when people say "Go outside or something get off the internet go to a club or something"

thats very true smokey, and i havent seen you around much, i hate it when people tell me to get of the internet and go outside, AND, charas is a very social place, many people from school envy that i can go on forums and talk to people online, but i dont talk it as my life, charas only take up about 3 hours of my life max, i can spare that

Nerds are just akward in every sense.

Geeks are the smart type, who seem socialy akward but end up bieng really cool people once get to know them.

I'm talking about slang here. It verys from place to place. So whatever. By my area, we're geeks.

Nerd is slang for someone who does want they want to do in life without following all the 'cool' people. In fact, Nerds have the most 'life' because the 'coolest' people can't do or say anything without wondering how everyone else will react. In my school, just whisper the word 'pokemon' or Yugio' or something like that and people will bundle you and kill you and you are never talked to again unless you're being insulted. I'm not saying I like pokemon or Yugio I'm just saying that people should like what they want, right?

I always thought nerds were ppl whoīd stay 24/7 at the computer or playing videogames or studying...oh, and didnīt get any girls. And geek would be a weird/ugly/obscure/faction-follower (such as gothic) guy...Thatīs notme conception though...

EDIT: LOL, as you can see Iīm a great employee...I arrived here and had nothing (aka a lot) to do....then I went to the Testing and Welcome board again to look for some celebrities "Hi iīm new" threads...LOL, I found Saiīkar, Smokey, X-F3R, Warxe all like introducing themselves and stuff...pretty fun,I suggest it to the new guys...

Couldnīt find Redīs, Mooseīs and Razorīs threads...gave up looking too...

I donīt think I ever had a thread in there. You think that if I make one now theyīll lock or delete it?

I didn't make an intro thread either. My entire thought process at that stage was submitting stuff for black mages in the generator, and searching for the FFT Black Mage Spritesheet that I STILL haven't found, even though I've been searching for over 5 years.

Also, a patented way of making friends and becoming popular is making long and detailed posts in one of the big RPs. Then annoy everyone on MSN after getting Sai to do a battlechara for you. Worked for me.

And no one even qquestion my popularity. Or no flash drawing for you!
