OK, so the original demo had empty maps and a first boss that killed you in a hit and was also extremely short.  No more!  Download it and see for yourself!

It came up with an error when it got to the character naming part, i don't know if that's a fault on my part but if i get it working i'll tell you what i think.

I know what the problem is, some versions of RMXP have a name bug.  And seeing as RMXP games are run through RMXP, if your RMXP has a bug, all games you run through it will have the same bug.
Nothing's wrong with the game, but your version of the Maker has the name bug, thus the game has the name bug when you run it.
