Title: Virus!

Just warning you all, of some nasty MSN virus that has recently been around.

It's a .tif or .tip or something to that effect, and right now Shindo has it. He claims he received it under a different name, so it's possibly a name changey thing. It'll automatically send without the users knowledge, and you can always refuse to download it. So far, I know it goes under the name of "naked drunk".

According to mr Shindo, it crashes the computer every 10 minutes. So yeah, don't download anything suspicious looking. Duh.

actually it came to me as a pif. file.  lol I didn't accept it and said "what the hell is a .pif file?" he nver answered so I never dled it. good call on my part.

shido tried sending 3 of them too me,  they all had different names, they were all suspicious, so i sayed, nah im good, and clicked out of the window.

any word on a  way to fix these viruses from ol' shindo's comp?

Same thing happened to me. I refused them all out of my general principle of never accepting a file without some sort of explination.

Gotta get that fixed, man.

shindo kept sending me that every so often without him talking and with a different name each time, i just said stuff like "No dice" and "cant fool me!" i dident say yes because its been going round my school as well, i aint got it YAY!

I got one of those files in my mail too. It said it as from a site I spammed( I don't spam). But I never heard of that site so the mail visited the trash.

A former friend tryed to send it, well more like the virus tryed to self-send itself. It changes name everytime you reject it! First it was called 'Naked Drunk' then it went to 'ROTFL' followed by 'Naked Chick' and then I got pissed and blocked the guy.

Nasty thing...avoid like the plague...

Tell shindo to go to symantec´s website and use the online virus scan....cuz they´re you got the updated antivirus before the update file is released....
