Yeah pretty simple, dose anyone know the release date for Final Fantasy 7: Advent children? I downloaded a trailer a while back, and all it said about the release date was that it was coming to North America in 2005, but it didn't give any months or even which quarter :(

Heh, I see you're not a big fan of square enix making sequals  :p

From what I saw so far, FF7: AC seems to be pretty good, or at least decent. No matter what though I'd like to watch it though  :p

May or June I believe so when I preodered a PsP and paid it in full from EB games that's what they told me.

May or June is when it'll come out on the PsP.

The disc that psp will be using is the new dvds pretty much. So yeah we will all have to buy new disc players for our movies. But it's not a game at all, just a movie which is coming out in may or june

My thoughts exactly. 3 white haired idiots and Cloud re-enacting the motorbike scene? Wtf is this? Sounds like more Square Enix desperation to me.

Everyone has their own opinion but I thought FF7 had a perfect ending, which left you asking questions. Why spoil it?

Because they can. Them producing a movie based on FF7 WILL reel in the cash for them.
And that doesnt just go for fanboys, there will also be the people like me who will see it just so I can be biased and cynical and talk about how bad it was afterwards regardless of it's actual quality.

1UP.com Reports Release Date
1UP.com are reporting a release date of 14 March for the movie. If the correct date, this would coincide with the US release date of the PSP. Until a confirmation by Square-Enix is made, we can await in anticipation.

There. March for the US.  :bend:
