Unless Charas blocks someone from logging into an account that's already online, and the two computers don't share the same IP or ISP or something, then yes, that's possible.

It doesn't have anything to do with being on two computers or two of the same IP at the same time, it just glitches up somtimes, it's happend to me a couple times actually.
