Title: Can i ask a question???

OK!
I have been using Charas for a while...
for entertainment...
well thats not the point!
How come when i try to import the newly made Charas person i just made, it says the "bitmap" is an illegal size (or something)
WHATS GOING ON!?

The charset is too big/small, you have to resize it to 288x256 pixels, then try again.

The help page you gave me, does not work!
HOW DO I RESIZE???
It always used to work before!

because you have your file saved under a bmp., they need to be a png or a jpeg. Just open your file in paint, and when you save it, at the bottom, it'll show what type of file you want to save it as. Pick png or jpeg, this will make the size smaller.

neither of them work
everything is named .png
they work(ones that come from'the site', but my Tall Charas won't work! _veryangry_
Is there anything else i can do!?
