just cut and paste the text onto a different doc, save the original as "indexed color" using 2 colors, convert it back to RBG and replace the two colors with black and white Select that one part with the magnetic lasso, and delete it. Then make a pattern of those little lines, and fill the selected area with them. Lastly, grab the text and put it back.

It took longer to type tht then it would to do it.

Look, I didn't explain it as well as I could have. Or, rather, I didn't explain at all. I did it ALL with a brush. I was practicing my ripping skills.
