Title: Quality Control?

I know this place doesn't have very strict standards, but two of the recently submitted charsets by "briggo" are just blocks of color with very crudely drawn smiley faces on them. I mean, very, very crudely drawn faces. I almost think they must be a joke.

I don't know if that's cause to remove them, but, honestly... o_O

Yes, very bad indeed. We do have strict standards, just not in the quality department, There's nothing I can do BUT upload it, I don't have the right to judge if that's the best someone can do or not.

We should have a voting system, like Newgrounds does. Users should be able to vote on whether or not a resource is considered "good" or not. If it gets enough "bad" votes, the resource is removed.
