PalmerX submitted a better version, as it's not all fuxored up like the first one. Then again, he shouldn't have submitted a repeat in the first place...

Either way, he was annoying.

wasn't PalmerX in trouble with the complete resources before. I think he credited himself to one of RPG Lord's rips.
