umm..ok...., the faceset I made, is the perfect size and everything,(maybe too many colors not sure how to change that though), and I was wondering, does anybody know why it doesn't work, the name of it cmoes up in my game, in the Database/Hero, but when i click it, it's all black and there isnt any faces.. here it is...please help if you can.

Must be 256 colors, that simple.

how do I change it to 256 colors? I just installed IrfanView, but I don't know how to change it to 256 colors... =/

save it and under were you can chose bmp or png chose 256 bmp
