Yes, it's rather obvious those are rips. However, as he didn't say "These are rips," I usually ask to see. I've seen people post great sprites that are actually made by them, even though they appear to be rips.

sorry as i said iam new, but these are from
Blood, Heretic  shadowwarrior and wolfienstien spear of destiny quite old first person shooters
there game rips, from my projects, there characters that havent already been ripped... the bottom 2 are ok, the otheres i need to sort out

To submit these to 'complete resources' you go to the complete resources page and click "Submit my own resources!" or something. You have to wait a while for them to be added by Osmose.

I thought Osmose was in charge of the generators.
Cause I'm pretty sure there are a few people who can add complete resources. At least there were.. :x
