Title: How to add tilesets?

I cant figure out how to import a tilset to my database!!! Can someone help me out?

After you import it into RPG Maker, go to the Tile sets tab of the database.  To the right of the Name box is where you select which tile set to use. Select the one you imported.

I dont know how to import. I guess I want to know how to import then.
