Well, the Community Content sucked. The people who tried did well, but there ultimately wasn't enough to keep it sustained.
So here's my attempt. If you read this thread, you MUST donate one RM resource (either a graphic or audio) and a plot point/bit of backstory. I don't want to make a fully-realized game - I just want to make something that the entire community helped to work on.
Rules:
-Feel free to donate more than one resource. It doesn't have to be made on the spot - Drenrin could donate all of his MIDIs, or Saikar could donate all of his Battlechars, for example.
-The format is RM2K3. That means we'll be using the side-view battle system.
-The resource(s) you donate should be (at the very least) edited by you. If edited from another person's work, I need to know the original author.
-I only need one of each: Title Screen, Game Over, System and System2. No Movies or Frames.
-Music can be in either MIDI or MP3, but no commercial MP3s.
-No holds barred on the plot points. Come up with whatever you want.

-My entire BattleWeapon archive (I already have them on my computer, so I won't bother posting them)
Plot:
It is said that the gods were angry when the planet of Charas formed. Among them, a faction of younger gods were instigating an uprising meant to overthrow the Monarch, the leader of their dimension, and replace it with a democratic system where they all got to make decisions. For their radical ideas, the young gods were exiled to the Void, where they were meant to die - but the young gods found that they wielded infinite power within their prison. Their minds created matter and energy from the nothingness, and soon the featureless Void was transformed into the infinite Existence, which flourished with the creations of the gods - universes, galaxies, stars - and life.

I don't think there's anything there worth using (except the moose) but if there is, feel free.
Also, I improved the dancer loads. I guess she could be an NPC or something.

Do not forget the plot point! I don't care what it is - it can be anything you want. I'll fit it in somehow.

Can it be a resource you made specially for your own game? Because I tend not to make resources unless necessary.
I have some faces and sprites for ES, and could post those.

Sadly though I have no battle character yet but I think you have the charset still. If you want I can work a bit with sfx since I have gotten somewhat good with WavePad. So if you want some voicework I could contribute there.

Ren Darkfox
A strange being with the powers of a deviner but the appearance of a fallen beast. Rarely a word is mentioned before he leaves after doing a deed. Where he is from is unknown but his intentions seem to revolve around his own sense of law and order.
In any case I'll try to stick around and help where I can Warxe.
