Title: Complete Resources issues

Not the actual resources, just submitting them.   With MIDI, when you try to submit one, it'll say that it has to be a valid PNG, no bigger than 700.000 bytes.

Thanks for checking into it whenever you do, whoever's in charge of the complete resources.
