So... I started this battler template for my game. (I found a very good Side-view battle system for VX. I'm happy.) An.. I'd like some opinions on how to improve it.
Template: (Holy crap... two hours!)

So... yeah.. I started with the head... and then went from there (Far right sprite is with the original head on it)... I then changed the head (Middle sprite), a last, got rid of the head/goggles to make the template. =P
Use of template: (Daniel got a new set of clothes!)

Eh, I know his clothing isn't that great. I'm going by the character set... and the ones for VX are hard to get details from. =P
Now for you to tell me how much his clothes suck! =D (I must redo them.)

Why does it have four screens? It looks pretty good.
-
Becouse it's VX.
Anyway it looks good.

Cool! Looks like he'd be a bit static in battle, though.
-
Really, I could just generate some... but that'd be too easy. =D
Static? yeah, I guess so. I really wasn't feeling up giving him movement. =P

Wait a minute i though RPG maker VX was just like RPG maker XP.
You know you can't see your battlers.
-
No, in VX you have no battlers... unless you use a script. Which is what I'm doing. I found a nice script that uses this template. ^^.
