Title: No transparency
Post by: Moosetroop11 on July 16, 2008, 02:03:26 PM
I feel like there should be a stupidly simple answer to this question, but is there a way remove transparency from, say, a picture you're importing, when the program has already decided that it should be transparent? I've rarely had this problem in the past but now it's bugging me.

EDIT >.> There's a 'use transparency' option when you're selecting the picture to show. Okay. Why didn't I see that earlier?

Nonetheless, I guess the answer to my question could still be useful to someone at some point.

That option doesn't seem to appear in RPG Maker 2000. How exactly does one define the transparent color in that? The program keeps selecting black, which it the color of my charset character's edges.

Click the background colour at the preview point and it should start flashing instead of the black.
