Tim was gazing out over the wasteland. Not much could be seen, the sun had left the sky and only darkness and the stars remained. "I wounder what happend to him." Tim turned to the voice. It belonged to Blitz, a short man with long brown hair and ice blue eyes. The man he was referring to was Karr, he was suppose to stand guard at the gate but they had taken over for him after they found him. He had been standing there staring out over the waste, slowly swaying back and forth. They had tried to talk to him but he hadn't listen just mumbled something about having to wait and something else about a treaded vehicle. When they tried to move him he had started to kick and scream out loud in the end they had to use tranquilizers to put him down and drag his ass over to Dr. Bennet.
"The waste took his soul... or maybe he just was in the sun to long. Geeez Blitz I don't know." Tim answered. Whatever it was he just hoped he would get better soon. He was a damn fine soldier.
"Y-you think the w-wraiths took his soul?"
Tim sighed. " How many time have we been through this? There is no wraiths. No reavers, no werewolfs, no zombie pirates who have returned from the grave and certainly no black and white ghosts. It's just hoaxes Blitz."
"If you say so..."
They fell in silence, standing there in the night of the waste like statues from the old days.
Distances howls from some beast out in the waste could be heard but there was something else too... It took Tim's tired mind a few seconds to figure out that it was screams. He turned around and saw a man running up to the guard house close to the gate. He was clad in a white vest and also had white hair.
As he got closer to the house Tim could hear what he was screaming.
"Weepers! Weepers! There is Weepers in the town!"

Later in Ravvene
----------------------------------
Rint walked through the town with four others. Two of them were guards, one was a citizen in the mid-forties who carried around a sledgehammer the other was Hard balls the bouncer from the pub. He was carrying what look like a stool leg (very familiar to the ones in the pub). He was bruised and the cut on his head that he had gotten earlier was stiched up.
After Rint had alarted the guards about the weepers they had set up search parties and was now searching the streets for them. Alot of citizen had voulentered to help too.
"How dare they enter Ravvene! I shall brake their bones, I shall tear their limps, I shall stomp on their..." Hard balls didn't finish his sentence becouse on the road ahead of them two weepers stood. One with a sword the other with a mace.
Hard balls let out a roar and charged them with his lump-of-wood-that-looked-like-one-of-the-stool-legs-from-the-pub. He was closly followed by the other citizen and one of the guards. The other guard took out a rocket from his pocket and lightened it. It went flying through the sky and exploded into a thousands lights in the sky. The rocket would alart the other search parties where they where and that they had encountered some weepers.
While all this happened Rint had drawed his bow and was trying to get in a good shoot at the two weepers but Hard balls was towering over one and the citizen and guard was all over the other. He cursed and slung back his bow over his shoulder. Looked like he would have to go close combat on this one since he hadn't a good line of fire.
He was just about to pull out his knife and join the other when the guard behind him let out a scream. Rint turned around and froze. There where a handful of weepers there. The guard was dead and two of the weepers were coming towards him while the rest went to help their friends. Rint went for his knife but it was to late, one of the weepers swinged his club and it hit him right over the head. He stumble backwards and his vision grew smaller untill it all was black. He passed out before he hit the ground.

Dawn, Ravvene
----------------------------------
Tim watched over the waste as the sun sent it first rays of the day over the empty land. Blitz was leaning against the wall and snored loudly. Tim looked at his friend and smiled to himself, it had been a long night. The weepers had been killed and order was restored to the town.
---Zek and the stranger---
Zek got up slowly, pain shooting through his leg. He tried to turn around and was rewarded
with a slap across the face from the but of the gun. Ofcourse this was hardly noticed by
Zek, as the pain was very intesse in his leg, but also because his captor was a woman. She
was tall with dark brown hair, probly in her late twenties. "Turn around, and put your
hands on your hand." She said in a voice. He did as told, if only not to get hi again. She
felt him up, showing no signs of enjoying it. "Okay turn around." He did, and was met by
her fist.
The last thing he saw beffore going down was her fierce green eyes and the sun buring
brightly beheind her head like a halo of sunlight.
---Ardor and Seth---
Tim was was wacthing the dessert when he first saw the tank. At first he couldn't bielive
what is was, he'd only ever heard talk of tanks, he'd never seen actauly seen one. He went
to sound the alarm, but was stoped when he saw the coin. It was made of silver with a green
gem in the center. It had Tim's full atention. "You are very tired, rest your weary body."
Ardor said. Tim was starting to feel sleepy..'No!' He thought as he withdrew his Machette.
He swung with all his might. Ardor ducked under the blow just beffore the blade wipped by
his ear. Seth pulled throwing star from beneath his cloak, and hurled it at him. Tim fell
and passed out on the street.Seth was about to delliver the final blow with his knife, but
Ardor told him to stop. Seth froze in his tracks, he rembered what Ardor did to those who
didn't follow his orders. He left Tim lying in the street on his face, then ran to to macth
the tall man's long styrides. Ardor walked to the opening gate with Seth at his side, the
Raveene gaurd were still busy with the remaining Weeper. "All has gone acordingly to plan"
Said Ardor smilling. With the map in hand nothing could go wrong, he had the one peice of
the map, and soon he would have the other. He paused for a minute, somone was missing. Ah,
yes Tala had set off to chase the young man who saw him breaking into Rasta's aparment,
well she knew the risks when she vonluteered for the mission. Seth was looking back at the
street. 'Where is she?' He tought. 'She is never late.' Just then she came runing up. "Did
you kill the boy?" Ardor asked her. She nodded.
'Good, a quick and clean rendzvous.' The large black tank moved up to Aror, Tala, and Seth.
The top hatch poped open and a young woman stuck her head out. "Come on, we have to get out
of here beffore the City Gaurd gets here. She said. Ardor "Yes, let us be off." As Seth had
packed himself in the cramped millitary vehicle,Ardor noticed a figure lying prone on the
floor. "I didn't know we were taking on prisoners. I beilive the Boss said to retrive the
map, and avoid contact with all civilains." Said Ardor in iratated tone tone. She looked at
her prisoner. "Don't worry, he's not coming with us to SandDune City. I'll drop him off in
Selph's, she can find a use for him. Seth grinned wickedly at this thought.Tala just stared
out the veiw hole and wondered if she had done the right thing..in sparing Daniel's Cross's
life.
---Davis---
Davis saw the tank leaving Raveene, dust flying from beheind it as it sped away into the
sinking sun. Davis cursed under his brreath. He started to chase it when sudenly he saw
through the gapping metal gate, that his shop was smoking and flames where shooting out the
top of his workshop. He sudenly forgot everything, who he was, and what he was doing. All
that mattered was that he get to his shop and his remaining family. He ran as fast as he
could and then he tried to run a little faster, but onlys uceeded in causing both his legs
and lungs to ache in agony. He stopped in the middle of the street as he gazed to the two
bodies lying in the street covered in dried blood, knife wounds gapping like black holes
sucking all the oxygen from his lungs. He turned over the first body, and howled with the
pain of knowing that the two most important pepole in his life were lying dead in the
street.
