Title: Requesting Guidelines - (Before you ask for stuff, we ask that you read this)

Hello. The Requests section of the forum is designed for the procuring of material needed to create a desired game. The purpose of posting a request here is to obtain created material from other game designers and forum goers.  However, before you post your request to be seen by your forum peers, we ask that you fulfill the majority of the below prerequisites. Not doing so will hamper your chances of having your request be completed.

Topics made specifically for requesting material should contain most of the following:
- Before requesting, please search this forum's Complete Resources for your desired thing. You might find that we already have what you're looking for :)
- Description of requested item, using as many adjectives as possible. (Colors and size are very important)
- Maker which the material is requested for (2000, 2003, XP, VX, etc. )
- Type of material wanted (Monster, Charset, Chipset, Battle Animation, Music, etc. )
- Style type you want your request to be done in (RTP, Refmap, Rudra, etc. )
- Fair enough grammar to be able to understand the request, as well as signs of good manners (Please, Thank you, etc. )
- If English is not your primary language, please make a subnote of that.
- If you are posting images so that people can complete your request while having something to go off of, please do not post images in jpg format.
- Limit your requests. Having a topic and then listing more than three things will turn people off. It doesn't matter if you say "I don't care who does what as long as some of these get done", it is still best to have a max of one or two things requested at a time.

The below is not required or necessary to requesting; it is simply something we ask of new comers.

I have a feeling that no one ever reads this thread.

Btw, some mod should edit this post, clean it up a bit, make it easier to look at. Its a wall of text right now and our newbs are all too lazy.
