I don't think so, since he placed the warning. Plus, it isn't so disturbing, mostly the first, and even then. Unless I missed something of course since I skipped lots of part because it was pretty much the same thing all along; people throwing stones.
I remember there was a link to a video where a girl was stoned to death and never was it removed. Of course, you could always argue that no one wants to see such things... but they aren't forced to.
Adding the warning message was a good idea, though.

But think of it this way. Porn is against the rules. If you make a thread with "WARNING - PORN!", that wont stop underage users from looking at it. And it would be deleted too.
But yeah, this aint so bad as the other one.

Yeah I know the other one had a warning, which is why I don't think it needed to be deleted. This one didn't, though.
And yeah, exactly, Porn is against the rule, not this. Or at least it isn't specified. But it's true it does say that illegal content aren't limited to porn, hack, etc. so I guess it's up to the staff to decide whether or not we should allow such content if there is a warning.
I personally think it could be, as long as it isn't complete gore or senseless killing such as the three guys on hammer video.

This is here to prove a point and depict what's happening with regards to the protests in Iran, whereas the other video was a case of OH WOW LOOK HOW GROSS THIS IS LOL
Given that it's in something of a grey area I think it deserves to stay since it has a purpose rather than being posted for its own sake.

Basically. If not for the ending of the first one and the pools of blood seen in parts of the second, I might not even have placed the warnings.
