It also looks jpeg. Not trying to be a jerk but you have to make something more detailed and interesting than that if you want people to use it. Try more details and shading. and save it as png.

Sorry supasora... Shading is lacking, and so are details, but it do is a PNG.

crap looks jpeg on psp. I swear I can see the outlines of the head. My mistake.

It looks jpeg to me as well. It might be a jpeg saved as a png.

No, Supasora's right. It's completely fuzzed up on my screen. I'm guessing it was a JPEG at some time in its life.

Its a png file. He might have saved it as a JPG before but its a png now. Could be used if converted to 256 colors, even though some floating green dots would appear.
Maybe he did it on purpose. Some people *coughthemagecough* save it as a jpg and back to png so its smoother. Its wrong and all, of course, but in their minds it makes sense. X]

I can explain. It was a jpg. I couldent get  Character maker 1999 to open it in ANY format.
