Title: Rpgmaker tool to protect your game

Hi, due a recent hard disk failure I lost the program where I can protect my game for editing. It was a program with more tools in 1 like a title screen changer a resource dependency scanner. I forgot the name of the tool and I cannot find it anymore on the internet.

So I kind of hoped that someone here knows where I can download it.
